I will work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers (anxiety, depression, negative thinking, addictions) and help you become your greatest version . I will be guiding you towards other practices such as mindfulness, meditation, spiritual baths and i will teach you how to connect with your Higher Self, Spirit guides and Ancestors.
